儿童安全与 CSAE 防范标准

1. 适用范围与定义

本标准由 Lovvi 运营方 Luoyang Yaocen Technology Co., Ltd.（洛阳曜岑科技有限公司）发布。儿童性虐待和性剥削（CSAE）包括对儿童进行性剥削、性虐待或使儿童面临危险的内容或行为，例如诱骗儿童从事性活动、性勒索、以性剥削为目的贩运儿童，以及其他对儿童的性剥削。

儿童性虐待材料（CSAM）包括以照片、视频、计算机生成图像或其他形式描绘未成年人参与露骨性行为的内容。CSAM 在许多司法辖区属于违法内容。

2. 严格禁止的内容与行为

• 制作、上传、保存、分享、请求、交易、推广或链接至 CSAM；
• 对儿童进行性诱骗、性勒索、性骚扰、性化评论或以性剥削为目的建立联系；
• 为涉及儿童的性活动、性交易、人口贩运或其他剥削行为招募、安排或提供便利；
• 冒充未成年人或隐瞒真实身份，以获取儿童的私密内容或诱导其线下见面；
• 传播可识别受害儿童身份的信息，或对儿童遭受性虐待进行美化、合理化或鼓励；
• 试图规避 Lovvi 的安全审核、举报、封禁或执法配合措施。

3. 年龄要求与预防措施

Lovvi 面向成年用户。未达到所在地法定成年年龄的人员不得注册或使用 Lovvi。我们可依据用户资料、举报、安全信号和审核结果采取年龄核验、限制功能、暂停账号或删除账号等措施。成年用户定位并不会减轻我们处理 CSAE 或 CSAM 的责任。

4. 举报儿童安全问题

用户可在 Lovvi App 内通过用户主页、聊天页面或相关内容菜单中的“举报”入口提交问题和必要证据，无需离开 App。遇到疑似 CSAE、CSAM、诱骗或儿童面临紧急危险的情况，请选择最接近的举报原因并提供能够帮助定位账号或内容的信息。

5. 审核与处置

收到报告或发现风险后，我们会根据可用信息进行评估，并采取适当措施，包括限制内容传播、移除内容、冻结或永久封禁账号、保全依法需要的记录，以及防止重复违规。为保护受害者和调查完整性，我们可能无法向举报人披露全部处理细节。

6. CSAM 与执法配合

当我们实际获知平台内存在 CSAM 时，将依照本标准和适用法律采取移除、限制访问和账号处置措施。法律要求时，我们会向有管辖权的执法机关或指定的儿童保护报告机构报告，并响应有效的法律程序。我们不会容忍对举报人、受害者或配合调查人员的报复。

7. 标准更新

我们会根据产品功能、风险趋势和适用法律更新本标准，并在本页标注更新日期。继续使用 Lovvi 即表示用户仍须遵守届时有效的社区安全规则。

1. Scope and definitions

These standards are published by Lovvi and its operator, Luoyang Yaocen Technology Co., Ltd. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking a child for sexual purposes, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) includes visual depictions, including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal in many jurisdictions.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

• Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, trading, promoting, or linking to CSAM;
• Grooming, sextorting, sexually harassing, sexualizing, or contacting a child for sexual exploitation;
• Recruiting, arranging, or facilitating sexual activity, commercial sexual exploitation, trafficking, or other exploitation involving a child;
• Impersonating a minor or concealing identity to obtain intimate content from a child or arrange an in-person meeting;
• Identifying a child victim or praising, normalizing, encouraging, or justifying child sexual abuse; and
• Evading Lovvi safety review, reporting, enforcement, or cooperation with lawful investigations.

3. Age requirements and prevention

Lovvi is intended for adults. Anyone below the legal age of adulthood where they live may not register for or use Lovvi. Based on profile information, reports, safety signals, and review findings, we may require age verification, restrict features, suspend an account, or remove an account. An adults-only designation does not reduce our responsibility to address CSAE or CSAM.

4. Reporting a child-safety concern

Users can report a profile, chat, or relevant content through the in-app Report control without leaving Lovvi. Reports should select the closest available reason and include information needed to locate the account, conversation, or content.

5. Review and enforcement

When we receive a report or identify a risk, we assess the available information and take appropriate action. Action may include limiting distribution, removing content, suspending or permanently banning accounts, preserving records when legally required, and preventing repeat abuse. To protect victims and investigations, we may not disclose every enforcement detail to the reporter.

6. CSAM and cooperation with authorities

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our service, we act under these standards and applicable law to remove or restrict access to it and take action against involved accounts. Where required by law, we report to competent law-enforcement authorities or designated child-protection reporting organizations and respond to valid legal process. Retaliation against reporters, victims, or persons assisting an investigation is prohibited.

7. Updates

We may update these standards as our features, risks, and legal obligations change. The latest update date will appear on this page. Users must continue to comply with the community-safety standards then in effect.
